Deputy Home Manager
To provide excellent outcomes for the young people in line with every child matters, along with high standards from inspections by supporting the manager to apply, or in their absence directly apply, good leadership and management of the home.
You will be needed to attend and hold regular management meetings
To promote anti oppressive practices and any duties commensurate with the post
Essential Level 3 Diploma - CYPW or equivalent.
Desirable higher level child care award, social work or management qualification eg NVQ4, Level 5 Diploma LMA-CYP, Dip SW
Desirable- Therapy or therapeutic care qualification or training
-Full time working hours 169 hours per month, shift working with sleep in duties on a flexible rota pattern, including office/management hours in the managers absence or on an ad hoc basis as part of rota
Salary £25,613-£26,871 dependent on qualifications and experience, plus sleep in allowance £21.22 per night.
Probation: 6 Months
