BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to manage a Children and Young people with various needs One of many homes in Nottingham which provides a caring, comfortable and supporting environment for young people. This is a permanent and full-time role working. We are looking for strong candidates with sound CQC knowledge and experience.
About the job;
You will be expected to work in conjunction with the Registered Home Manager and to deputise for them during absence periods. This will include all aspects of the day-to-day running (in line with National Minimum Standards and Children's Homes Regulations) of the Children's Home including promoting the safeguarding of young people's welfare. You will liaise with management daily, weekly, monthly to keep everyone and everything up to date.
About the ideal candidate;
The Ideal Candidate:
o o QCF level 3 qualification or equivalent
o o Managerial/ supervisory experience within residential care
o o Minimum of 2 years' experience with young people in a residential setting
o o Full driving licence
o o Experience of project/ work planning, monitoring and reviewing
o o Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Email & Calendar
o o Working towards QCF level 5 qualification

For this full time and permanent role, we are offering a starting salary of £27,535 - £29,172 You will also receive masses of support, training, qualifications and more.
