Deputy HR Manager

A new role has become available in Fife seeking to find a DEPUTY HR MANAGER.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will initially for the first six months gain an understanding of the business with the full support of your manager and HRBP.
This is a deputising role to the Head of HR.
Support the HR team by setting and driving objective performance management reviews.
Maintain and develop dialogue and relationship with Senior Management to understand the Group business strategy and associated people requirements to meet current and future organisational challenges.
To advise the business on employment legislation, follow through with policy, training and compliance.

Be the HR representative with Employee Forums, clients, Unions and other third parties. (e.g. TUPE, Redundancy and change programmes.
Management of casework and responsibility for dealing with tribunal claims that arise
Manage complex and difficult HR projects
Facilitate the management team to bring good practice, credible, customer focused and cost effective HR solutions
Championing the Group business policies, culture and brand
The role will involve travel within the UK
Manage your own administrative workload

Technical Integrity
Adhere to Company and Regulatory documentation and procedures
Execute the responsibilities of the role according to lawful, regulatory and ethical standards
Credible and relevant industry contacts and knowledge
Comply with CIPD recommended HR practice
Maintain Chartered FCIPD status.
