Job Description

I am currently working with a leading provider that provide support packages within their supported living services for adults with learning disabilities. They are a good rated CQC provider and are now seeking DEPUTY MANAGERS to join their award-winning team.

As a DEPUTY MANAGER your responsibilities will consist of;

To lead a team of staff and to have responsibility for the smooth running of the shift whilst ensuring individuals' needs, choices and dignity are central to everything you do.
To work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To attend team meetings, training courses and complete online e-learning as requested by your manager.
To ensure all records, both electronic and manual are kept up to date.
To carry out regular supervision and support of staff, including managing their attendance at work.
To support the registered managers and operations manager with CQC inspections and anything else that they may need you to do.

To be successful within this role you must have experience in leading a team, be passionate and lead from the front in a person-centred manner and also hold your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social.

For your hard work you can expect a salary of £25,000 rising to £25,500 after probation, career development and progression, pension plans and other fantastic staff benefits
