My client is specialist support services for children with Autism and other complex needs, supporting individuals with challenging behaviour, assist with any education requirements, and organise activities.

The duties of the deputy manager role will help the Registered Manager and other colleagues to run the home to a high standard.

The Deputy Manager will able to demonstrate strong leadership Skills and have the ability to assist with any training requirements.
Must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent.
Must have worked within a children or young people residential

Salary depending on experience £30k - £32k per annum
review after 6 month probation
28 days annual holiday
pension scheme (optional to opt out)
