We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation providing services to people with learning disabilities and autism.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join a team of people delivering support to 1 gentleman in his own home, with an additional 5 bed supported living service also in development. The people we support are very active and outgoing and have a range of interests as well as support needs.

You will be an experienced care supervisor with a background in learning disability services, ideally within a supported living setting. You will be passionate about supporting people with various needs, with a positive attitude, able to enthuse and motivate a team. You will also hold a Level 3 qualification in health and social care.
