We have an opportunity to join an independent organisation as a Deputy Manager, in one of their lovely homes for older people in the Bristol area.

We are seeking an experienced or developing deputy manager, to support the Registered Manager, in an award winning, fully CQC compliant home in the Bristol area.

You will be passionate about supporting older people, with the drive and determination to maintain an excellent service, and work with the Registered Manager towards Outstanding at their next inspection.

You will be working with a like-minded passionate team, who are keen to support and develop everyone to thrive, and achieve their ambitions. You will be valued as a Key member of the team.
