An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to assist with managing a Residential home for Children and Young People that have experienced trauma, neglect and abuse previously in their lives.

You will be joining an organisation that provides therapeutic clinical care and support to Children and Young People through a Restorative Parenting Recovery Programme.

As Deputy Manager your duties will include providing support to the Registered Manager and Lead Deputy Manager with managing to day to day operations of the home, completing supervisions with the Therapeutic Parents and Seniors, completing rotas, attending meetings with health care professionals and ensuring high standards working in line with Ofsted regulations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and professional individual with the ability to engage and have a positive approach towards the Children and staff.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People and be willing to work towards a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management. 2 years experience as a Team Leader within a Residential home for Children and Young People is essential. You must hold a Full UK Driving License with access to own car.

This is a full time position with a salary of £22,000-£25,000 plus excellent development opportunities and exciting benefits.
