£26010.00 plus £50 per sleep in and £50 per on call

On behalf of my client, we are recruiting for a deputy manager in a children's home. The home provides accommodation for young people aged 8-18 years old who have emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Your duties would include organising care and providing reports for reviews of the young people, supporting staff and guiding them through one-to-one coaching and mentoring.

Candidates must have a minimum NVQ 3 children and young people, at least 2 years' experience in a children's home as a deputy or management/senior role. Candidates must also be able to work shift patterns, including sleep ins and on call shifts.
