BS Social Care presents a fantastic new job opportunity for a Deputy Manager!

The organisation has multiple home across the North West and offers a lot of room for career progression! In fact , the reason for this position is due to the fact that the previous deputy manager is assisting with the opening of a brand new home within the organisation. The home you would be working in is a 5 bedded EBD home for children aged 7-18 and is currently home to 3 children.

In the role you will be assisting the Registered Manager with all aspects of the role from admin to managing the staff you will be involved in all aspects of the home. The most important part of your role is to make sure that the quality of care for the children is high but the most important part of the role is to give a child focused service.

The successful candidate will have at least been a Team Leader. You will have some management or leadership experience and have a minimum of a Level 3 in Childrens residential as well as a driving license.

You will also have a child focused approach and to be able to have a laugh with not just the children but the staff too!
