Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Registered Manager to work in a well-established, national company supporting Children within a Residential Home in Hampshire.

You will find yourself supporting the Registered Manager to implement care programmes. You will be supporting Children up to the ages of 19 with complex needs whilst developing their independence and life skills.

Day-to-Day duties include;
-Support the Registered Manager
-Support and Manage the staff team
-Support the welfare, progression & safety of the young people
-Deliver excellent standard of care

To be considered for this role you will need to be empathetic, passionate and be self-motivated. You will have previous experience of Managing, the drive to develop your career and have a QCF Level 3 Children's and Young People's Workforce.

Pay/Contract;
-£24,000 per annum
-This is a Full Time position, 37.5 hours per week
