We are currently recruiting for a Deputy manager for a residential service supporting people with Learning disabilities and physical disabilities. This service provides person centred care to the people they support, with a dedicated staff team, with great values and visions at heart. " Developing and maintaining relationships with the individuals we support, staff, outside agencies and within the local community
" Leading the team with the common goal and interests of the individuals we support at the forefront of everything you do
" Providing guidance and support to all staff, both informally and formally via the supervision and appraisal systems
