Job Description

I have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work within a Children's Residential Home near Swindon. You will find yourself supporting Children and Young People, up to the ages of 17 who exhibit social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

You will be a vital part of the Senior Management team within the Company. You will find yourself providing a nurturing and supportive home whilst ensuring the best emotional and physical care is being given.

Candidate Requirements;
-Working towards or have your Diploma Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce
-Strong experience working as Senior or Team Leader in a Children's Residential Home setting
-You must be a driver

Pay/Contract;
-£25,000 per annum
-Sleep ins are paid at £63 per sleep
-This is for a Full Time position
-42 hours a week and 1 sleep in
-Shift patterns are 7.30AM-2.30PM or 2PM-9PM, long days are an option
