Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic care provider for a Deputy Manager position to work within a Residential Children's home supporting young people up to the ages of 17 with Social, Emotional and Behavioral difficulties.

You will find yourself working within a supportive and close knit team to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. If you can take initiative, are motivated, passionate and are ready for a new challenge then this is the role for you.

You will have previous experience as a Deputy Manager or as a Team Leader/Senior Support Worker within a children's residential setting. You will hold your NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Children's & Young People's Workforce and be willing to complete your Level 5.

Salary; £28,000 per annum
