The role as a Deputy Manager will be to assist in the management of a stable and effective project through the efficient delivery of the day-to-day service; within set budgets and to the agreed levels of quality as defined within the Trust

Your ability to lead from the front will be key. Day to day duties will include providing support and management to the staff team, liaising with colleagues, building stakeholder relationships, maintaining the CQC standards and following policy and procedures and To role model Christian faith within the workplace to staff members and clients and to demonstrate Christ Centred values externally to suppliers and Stakeholders.



We are looking for a strong but flexible leader who can work with peers and lead by demonstration, ideally looking for 1 year minimum of manager experience with NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management or working towards this.
