I have an exceptional opportunity for a senior support worker or team leader to take their next step into management. A leading independent social care provider who has an excellent reputation for providing high quality tailored care and support for young people living within residential settings is looking for a new DEPUTY MANAGER.
You will join a small, established residential care home based in the NN18 area. This exciting opportunity offers you the opportunity to join a provider who prides themselves on making a difference to the lives of the young people they support.
You will be required to work a varied shift pattern to include sleep in cover. To meet the needs of the service you must have flexibility to also work some weekends and evenings on a rota basis. You will also lead a team and set an example as well as ensuring the home is up to the standards outlined by OFSTED. You will also be required to attend management meetings. For your hard work and commitment, you will receive an annual salary of £22,500 to £24,500 + SLEEP IN allowance.You will also receive continued learning and development and career progression.
