We are looking for a driven individual passionate about enhancing the day to day lives of our service users through supportive care

Duties may include

- Supervision of junior staff
- Rota management
- To assist the manager with the daily running of the service
- To provide a person centred approach and enhance opportunities to service users

About the role

Salary: £22,000
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours (3 days admin, 2 days support - 1 weekend a month)
Location: Mitcham

You must hold your Level 3 NVQ in health and social care and have prior deputy manager experience to be considerd for this role
