This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join a brand-new Trauma Recovery Residential home for Young People, within the Burnley area.

You will be working for a well-established organisation which provide specialist therapeutic environments and support to young people who have been subjected to Child Sexual Exploitation or those who present early life chronic trauma or post-traumatic stress.

As the Deputy Manager you will support the Registered Manager in the opening of this brand-new therapeutic service. Your other duties would include managing resources of the home and to provide a positive, therapeutic living environment for the resident young people and to deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence.

The successful candidate will be passionate in providing the best person-centred care to the young people, hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People, hold relevant experience of leading and inspiring a team and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
