Brook Street (UK) Limited to recruit a Deputy Store Manager for our Belfast client.

Our client is a professional, high-end retail business based in Belfast city centre and they are looking to expand their vibrant team with a new Deputy Store Manager.

Our client is interested in meeting candidates who have a background of managing staff in a high-end men's clothing store, Applicants must be very well presented and have a strong interest in fashion.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the management of a small but established retail sales team
* Meeting personal and store sales goals
* Ensuring an elevated level of sales and service is practiced by all associates; lead by example
* Be committed to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates' sales techniques to maximise sales
* Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are maintained
* Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge
* Maintain a keen interest in the men's fashion industry and market trends
* Keeping the store presentable for clientele
* Assisting clientele with their purchases
* Managing stock levels and stockroom
* Transactions at the till point
* Ad hoc tasks from management


Criteria:

* Must have experience in the fashion/ clothing industry
* Must have at least three years' experience in a similar role
* Presentable at all times and represent the business to the highest standard
* Able to work as a team member with strong communication skills
* Excellent personal organisational skills with attention of detail and accuracy
* Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
* Able to work on different tasks easily - multi-tasking
* Have a natural sales ability
* A strong communicator with fluent English
