An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design and Production Assistant based in York.
You will be delivering an individual and tailor-made service to each customer, you will need to be customer focused, personable, flexible, and above all an enthusiastic team player.

You will be dealing with customers and will act as the first point of call both face to face and on the phone, offering advice where necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Working from customer specifications taking a job from design to application within expected timescales and to a high standard
· Dealing with customers providing excellent customer service
· Maintaining company standards by following company procedures
· Gaining and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
· Responsible for stock maintenance for studio supplies
· General housekeeping duties within the studio

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
· Good PC skills - working knowledge of Signlab, Corel or Adobe Illustrator, Wilcom or digitising software
· Experience of working with full colour digital printer/copier
· Literate and numerate

You must be a team player, able to work on your own initiative, able to follow instructions and to specifications given, willing to work overtime when needed.

In return you will receive a salary between 17,680-19,760 plus you will be paid time and a half for any overtime completed, Holiday entitlement is 20 days per annum plus bank holidays and an exciting working environment.
