Job Description

My client in the Centre of Lincoln area is looking for enthusiastic Telesales Consultants to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Acting as a Desk Based Sales Agent you will be required to hit the ground running, hitting sales targets but Promoting, Protecting, Developing and Extending the business.

Job Role:
* Making outbound calls to the customer base and receiving inbound calls
* Consistently achieve and exceed all sales targets
* Sell the range of company products and services relevant to your job role
* Keep accurate and up-to-date forecasts and pipeline
* Build strong customer relationships
* Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved in all our dealings with the customer base
* Manage customer expectation in terms of delivery, installation and billing to ensure our commitment to the customer
* On occasion, represent the company at marketing events
* Be familiar with all of the paperwork requirements and ordering processes to ensure orders are correct and right first time
* Keep yourself informed on any changes to product and services portfolio and any changes in pricing relevant to your job role
* Arrange for demonstrations and/or demonstrate systems
* Be accurate when ordering products and services
* Develop customer contact strategies
* Take responsibility along with management to ensure you are up-to-date with training on products, procedures and processes

Person Requirements:

* Ability to identify sales opportunities and generate new business
* Strong Sales Skills and the ability to open doors and have higher level 'business conversations' with customers
* Qualify, maximise and close sale
* Ability to develop customer relationships
* Display a sound knowledge, understanding and empathy of a customer's business and own any problems until fully resolved
* Must be capable of prioritisation of multiple tasks
* Must possess the ability to work autonomously
* Ability to work proactively and effectively as part of a team
* Driven to train and learn new products
* Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook
* Be driven and determined
* Self-motivated
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Flexible approach to meet the business requirements

This position is full time Monday to Friday 8.45 - 17.15 with one hour lunch.
Salary between £16,000 - £16,500
