Job Description

This role is primarily focused on supporting end users with technical issues and upskill users across the organisation. The successful candidate will upskill users with Sharepoint and O365, so a background in user training / coaching would be advantageous.

Duties
- Provide 2nd line technical support within SLA Guidelines
- Lead on desktop software applications and user skills development
- Work with Information Security to ensure compliance
- Maintenance of Telephony, Hardware & associated systems
- Work flexibly across the IT team, assisting colleagues as required
- Cyber Security experience
- Server & IT infrastructure maintenance & installation
- End user hardware & software support/setup
- Cyber Security
- Virtualisation Technologies
- Microsoft Server operating systems 2012 R2 and above. Including set up, configuration and support
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- SAN Technologies
- Anti-Virus
- Backup / Replication technologies such as Veeam
- MS Exchange 2016
- MS Office 2016 / 365
- MS SharePoint 365
- Desktop PC's and operating systems, Windows 10
