This role is primarily focused on supporting end users with technical issues and upskill users across the organisation. The successful candidate will upskill users with Sharepoint and O365, so a background in user training / coaching would be advantageous.

Duties

• Provide 2nd line technical support within SLA Guidelines
• Lead on desktop software applications and user skills development
• Work with Information Security to ensure compliance
• Maintenance of Telephony, Hardware & associated systems
• Work flexibly across the IT team, assisting colleagues as required
