As a Despatch Clerk you will need to deal with customers professionally, carry out all despatch duties efficiently as well other administrative and customer service tasks. You will also have responsibility for transport schedule allocation, ensuring load optimisation on each delivery and being proactive in seeking service improvement opportunities.
