Job Description

Salary: circa £26,000
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
Location: Tunbridge Wells, however you will be required to travel to various locations within Kent

An exciting opportunity has become available working for a local and very well established firm. You will be based within the Development Team and will be responsible for managing housing development projects including land sourcing, conducting viable assessments, managing the planning process and liaising with the construction team, carrying out research as required on any government policy changes, build and maintain a network of industry contacts,

Suitable candidates must have experience in either new homes/ social housing/ land development/ or conveyancing with an understanding of shared ownership.
