Job Description

We`re working with a client in West Leeds, looking for a Diary Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract, with the chance of going permanent.

We`re looking for a confident candidate with experience working towards deadlines and SLAs. Within the role your duties will include:

Taking inbound calls from customers, answering queries and booking appointments
Making outbound calls to customers for clarification
Updating the CRM system and ensuring all information is correct
Passing on escalated queries to the relevant teams
Managing diaries, booking appointments and using common sense to make sure bookings and routes are geographically logical.
Working to a number of SLAs and deadlines, keeping the customer up to date of any changes within progress.

This is a fast paced role, perfect for someone who enjoys multi tasking, organising and thinking on their feet!

To be shortlisted for interview we`re looking for the following skills:
Impeccable customer service skills, with solid experience with inbound and outbound calling
UK wide geographical knowledge and common sense!
You`ll also need to enjoy working in a busy and at times pressurised environment, making sure customers are kept happy and SLAs are met.
Diary management experience and CRM knowledge is also highly desired.

In return our client offers:
A salary of £17,500 - £19,000 dependent on experience
