As our new Digital Analytics Manager within our marketing team you will be using all the data available to help direct and deliver actionable insights. Report Building, Channel Monitoring, watching those all important KPI's and reviewing website performance will be the core responsibilities.
Analysing both recruiter and candidate performance when it comes to advertising channels and supporting the marketing team with various insights keep the job interesting and constantly evolving with current job markets and needs.
As we come out of lockdowns it's certainly an interesting time out their and we need you to keep us informed of what's happing!
Ideally what we are looking for in you is somebody who generally gets excited about figures, data and analytics.
We want you to be skilled in both web and customer analytics. Great previous use of Google Analytics and Tag Manager along with basic exposure of SQL.
Desirable experience of Excel Power Pivot, DAX, HTML, SQL Server Management Studio, VBA, Alteryx (or similar), Debugging experience, Azure Portal, BigQuery would be a bonus!
