Job Description

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our clients team in the role of Digital Customer Service.

Our client is currently in a period of rapid growth and are looking for a highly-organised Customer Services Assistant to provide support to their customers. They are based in Staples Corner, therefore you must hold of full UK driving licence.

The role of a digital Customer Service assistant will entail providing outstanding customer support for inbound enquires via both telephone and email. managing and resolving an array of customer issues and ensuring to build strong working relationships with the key teams to your department.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience. The business is rapidly growing, and one of their main focuses is to improve their direct to consumer e-commerce channel. You will also help support the growth of their customer base and efficiently resolve any customer issues.

You must have over 1 years experience in customer service, you must be proactive and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is paying £22,000 per annum. The hours are 9am-6pm.
