A high-end specialist IT search agency are looking for a creative individual to join their modern newly refurbished head office in Tunbridge Wells as their Marketing and Communications Lead.

You will join a close-knit and fun team with an impressive client base and have the opportunity to take full ownership of all marketing, communication and PR channels. You will be working alongside the CEO/Founders of the business who love to embrace fresh ideas and change, meaning there is endless possibilities with how this role and department can be shaped.

Some typical responsibilities include:
" Ensuring all channels for the company's online presence are maintained and kept up to date (including company website, job boards, LinkedIn page)
" Full ownership over digital advertising campaigns
" Management all social media sites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Discord)
" Monitoring the impact and ROI of marketing activities, and reporting on your findings
" Creating blog posts and info-graphics
" Implementing new ways to reach the target audience and engage with customers
" Ensuring consistency with the company brand
" Endless opportunity to introduce new processes, methods and strategies to enhance

This is a full-time position (Mon-Fri), and initially based in the Tunbridge Wells office (with free parking on site). There is flexibility around working hours and once up to speed in the role there will be lots of flexibility for home working.
