Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

I am working with a marketing agency who are based on the outskirts of Oxfordshire. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing and executing B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies and activities and analysing and optimising the execution of digital marketing activities across brands and business units. This role is a key part of the Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you'll work cross functionally with other team members in specialised marketing disciplines. They are offering a salary of between £28,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience.

Your responsibilities will be to;
-Work with brand managers to plan and implement, analyse and optimise, emails, newsletters, and online promotions; ensure all communications effectively embody brand values.
-Analyse and execute ongoing development of customer/user flows for our web properties, optimising for customer experience, conversion and sales.
-Work with business, marketing and content stakeholders to ensure that web content provides an amazing user experience, is user-friendly and supports sales conversions.
-Manage and optimise affiliate marketing program.
-Work with inhouse project management and outside service providers including web development and design agencies on added features and functionality and other site development projects.
-Track performance KPIs on all web properties and work with marketing to enhance or course-correct when necessary to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience selecting and integrating Wordpress plugins, knowledge of marketing software and good project management skills. It would also be useful if you are Spanish-speaking, while not required it would be a plus. If you have solid digital experience with technical, content strategy and brand marketing skills you should apply.
