I am recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Sutton Coldfield working for one of the longest established and leading global providers of professional certificated qualifications and training in anti-money laundering (AML), compliance and fraud/financial crime prevention. They are offering a salary of up to £35,000 dependant on experience.

THE ROLE
Working out of the head office in Sutton Coldfield you will be planning all digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO and SEM. You will be in charge of measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns working against agreed KPI's. You will also be working closely with the website development team to enhance usability and design of the company websites. As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be working closely with a Digital Marketing Apprentice who you will have the responsibility of managing. No two days are the same in this role so they are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and someone who is willing to contribute ideas (and even challenge existing ways of doing things).

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Plan all digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO, SEM, email and social media (working with Social Media Manager)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against agreed KPIs
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests, passing on best practice to the rest of the team
- Create segments, reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Management of email marketing automation (a new endeavour for us)
- Work closely with the website development team to enhance usability and design
- Provide marketing support and act as liaison point for our international partners
- Manage the planning and execution of ICA's webinar program including third party sponsor liaison
- Manage a digital marketing apprentice
- Management of event apps
- Occasionally provide additional support with local events including Open Days and conferences
- Keep on top of digital marketing best practice and new tools in order to inform creative growth strategies

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Digital and Online marketing experience both UK and international
- Extensive campaign planning and management experience (working in B2B, education, training or professional services are an advantage)
- A marketing qualification: Degree, CIM etc
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO and SEM campaigns
- Creative thinking that identifies target audiences and devises digital campaigns and strategy
- Highly proficient in data analysis, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Marketo and Salesforce experience desirable
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the business
- Passionate about Compliance
- Loves to learn - both knowledge and skills

HOURS
Monday - Friday Shift basis:
09.00 - 17.00
