Job Description

Role Purpose

The Revelation programme is tasked with transforming the way in which our company runs its third-party content business.

As part of this, Revelation is digitising the contractual rights and duties associated with third-party content provided by our suppliers.

As a member of the Supplier Services Data Migration team, the Service Rights Analyst will be responsible for helping convert the data associated with approximately 2,500 Supplier Services into an estimated 50,000 policy statements - each policy statement will involve around 250 data fields.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create new Supplier Services, using existing systems and legal documents to identify and populate data fields
  • Identify areas of inconsistency in existing data records and work with the owners of the contract (Partner Managers) to resolve any ambiguity
  • Work with Partner Managers to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated data
  • Obtain sign-off for the migrated data from key internal stakeholders
  • Update legacy systems to provide links to the new Supplier Service records
  • Provide feedback and requirements to other programme members to further develop and enhance the tools used to capture and manage the full complexity of rights and duties associated with Supplier Contracts

Essential Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Assimilate information quickly and effectively from business systems, contracts and other documentation
  • Work effectively with stakeholders, build working relationships and elicit key information from them regarding the interpretation of contracts
  • Attention to detail and ability to enter information accurately on to systems
  • Happy working in a dynamic, agile environment and with systems going through agile development
  • Effectively communicate complex information
  • Manage time, schedules and priorities
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong questioning and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365
  • General familiarity of financial markets (preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial market and reference data (preferred)
  • University level education (preferred)
