Job Description

Brook Street are partnering with our long term client to recruit a Digital Sales Executive on a temporary basis

This role is focusing around sales, focusing on securing business from existing and potential customers across private and corporate sectors. This encompasses regulated and unregulated finance sales through proactive outbound calls, aimed at fostering strong customer relationships, boosting renewals, and promoting Value Added Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise a blend of telephony-based sales strategies, digital communication, and techniques to drive sales.
  • Follow up on digital leads within our clients Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Business User and Customer needs by leveraging insights from customer contracts and product knowledge to propose suitable solutions in an up selling context.
  • Enhance every customer interaction, ensuring they receive pertinent information for informed decisions while capitalising on opportunities to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Execute contract changes and maintain high data integrity standards.
  • Coordinate with our Retailer network to place orders, ensuring timely replacement vehicle delivery aligned with customer expectations.
  • Identify Master Lease Agreement and fleet service prospects and liaise with Corporate Sales Managers accordingly.
  • Respond to leads from Client Services Advisors or other internal departments.
  • Employ Management Information (MI) and personal judgement to pinpoint call-back or renewal opportunities and schedule them efficiently.
  • Manage sales administration proficiently to maximise time available for generating customer sales.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in finance, Contract Hire, and leasing products/services.
  • Experience in an FCA regulated environment.
  • Previous roles in telephone account management, sales, or telesales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on excellent customer service.

This position is based in our client's inviting office in Milton Keynes, offering a range of on site benefits.

The role involves 5 days a week in the office from 9 am to 5 pm. It's an ongoing temporary position offering £15.16 per hour which equates to £27,500 annually.
