An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Skills Advisor to join our Learning and Development team, based in our Cardiff Office.

Reporting to the Learning and Development manager this role will include:

• Delivering face to face and remote training sessions to new and existing staff to enable them to use the IT systems required to fulfil their duties
• Work responsively to address requests for assistance promptly and effectively
• Update session plans, learning resources, guides where required
• Work with departments across the firm to identify learning needs proactively
