Job Description
11 Months Maternity Cover ****Immediate Start***
My client provides the highest quality audio books, e-books, e-magazines, learning programs and more. They are looking for someone who is passionate about digital devices such as IPad, games & Apps.
If you have knowledge of the ever expanding digital world then this could be the right role for you.
You role would be first port of call for solving any problems with these digital devices.
The successful candidate would not need to have an IT background just a passion for gadgets, excellent customer service background and admin skills.
Responsibilities:
Data entry of imputing orders from libraries and through the internet.
Resolving and responding to problems that comes through via email, web chat or phone, ensuring the service level agreements are met and responded to within 24 hour's
Signposting to the relevant department if it is not a device error you can resolve.
The type of candidate would be the following:
Calm under pressure and being able to prioritise
Have knowledge of excel for example using pivot tables and devising reports
To be able to work with a small team
Adaptable and flexible
Customer service and admin experience
Confident
Good telephone manner
Ideally a driver
There is potential for the role to extended at the end of the 11 months.
