Our client works within the Pension industry in the City and is looking for an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to join this team of 8 within their Customer Engagement directorate.
Your role will be focused on the Membership experience--over the next 12-18 months you will be dedicated to the planning , strategy and implementation of a new programme of communication to existing members.
YOU WILL HAVE strong DIRECT MARKETING experience across all channels but mainly email in this instance.
This will involve a calender of communication to be introduced that will send out mobile messages to their 8 million members over the next 18 months.
Currently members receive 1 statutory message within a 12 month period.
You must have budgetary management experience as well as having dealt with large customer volumes.
Financial Services experience is preferred but our client will also consider candidates from a telecom background.
There is a strong regulatory framework in place that will need to be adhered to so experience working with 3rd party stakeholders is essential.
