Job Description

Our client is a Global Software company who specialise in on premise and cloud based software solutions

We are seeking an experienced senior level Demand Generation Programs professional with a driven approach and an analytical marketing mindset with at least 10 years experience in a fast paced B2B demand generation focused marketing organisation. 3 yrs + of experience leading a team to deliver a demonstrable impact on revenue, with natural ability to motivate, guide and coach people. Proven ability to work with cross Regional Marketing teams, Product Marketing , Sales and other key stakeholders to build and execute a demand generation strategy. Proven understanding of Partners and how to motivate them to co-market, with experience of marketing to and through Partners, creating partner-ready campaigns to drive pipeline. Keen ability to drive end to end creation, planning and implementation of global campaigns. Experience of developing and implementing cross sell and upsell marketing campaigns to customer installed base. Experience marketing to senior IT decision makers - including C-Suite, and practitioners in SMB, Corporate and Large Enterprise organisations.Ability to manage relationships with third party vendors.

Excellent communicator and presenter with strong writing skills and understanding of latest marketing best practices. Technology savvy mindset with the desire to learn about and leverage the latest tools and techniques in demand-generating marketing. Natural ability to foster a positive, collaborative working environment that enables the team to effectively balance the need for strategic planning and efficient execution. A strong sense of what needs to be done and effective time management to meet tight deadlines. Confidence in your own abilities but humble in outlook.
