Dispatch - Admin Assistant

Job Description

One of the leading Luxury Bathroom suppliers across London and the South East is continuing to grow and wishes to expand their team. As a result they are currently looking for a Dispatch Assistant.
Based in Chessington, this well-established company has developed amazing relationships with top suppliers the world over. You will be working in a smart office environment, within a friendly team of people. Your new position in the Dispatch area is an essential role and will have you building relationships with suppliers and customers alike.

The key feature in your new position will be to liaise with customers to book deliveries via the phone and e-mail. You will be working closely with the sales team and checking on the progress of orders at different stages. There is also a large element of Customer Service to the position. You will be on hand to help out with Delivery Issues, Product Faults and chasing up Delayed Items.

The ideal candidate will have great Data Entry Skills, be able to multitask while working in a fast paced environment.
Somebody with experience of Customer Service as well as being part of a larger team would be ideal.
