Job Description


We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Dispatch Assistant to join their busy operations team on a full-time temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great communication skills and a hands-on attitude.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer tracking queries

  • Liaising with courier companies regarding deliveries and collections

  • Supporting the dispatch team with labelling and order preparation

  • Performing general administrative tasks as required

Ideal Candidate Will Have:


  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

  • Good attention to detail and a proactive approach

  • Confidence in speaking with both customers and couriers

  • Previous experience in a dispatch or administrative role (desirable, not essential)
