Brook Street are currently recruiting for an experienced Surveyor, specialising in disrepair, to work on a 3 month contract in Blaina, Gwent.

You will use your specialist professional expertise and knowledge to provide a building pathology assessment of defects to specify and rectify faults and where appropriate, reduce the clients liability to legal claims through implementation of risk management and assessment.

You will need to be knowledgeable in Health and Safety, WHQS, HHSRS, Section 11 Landlord and Tennant Act, Section 4 Defective Premises Act and be able to prove this with certification.

You will need to have worked in this environment previously and have knowledge and experience from working in a similar role.

The hours are Monday to Friday and the pay rate is £35,530 per annum.
