I am recruiting for a Divorce/Family Solicitor to work for a leading law firm based near Tamworth and they are offering a competitive salary based upon your experience.

THE ROLE
Working as a Solicitor you will be taking on casework within the Divorce and Finance department. You will handle a wide range of matters relating to relationship breakdown including divorce, dissolution of civil partnership and financial settlement; they also advise on agreement such as Pre and Post Nuptial and Co-habitation Agreements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Fully qualified Solicitor with 5 + years experience is ideal
- Will consider 2+ PQE if completed 3+ years as a paralegal prior to that within family/divorce law
- Experienced within Family/divorce law
- Must have job stability (demonstrate team player attributes)
- Have excellent communication and people management skills
- Able to work under pressure and multitask
- Must have job stability
- Sociable, friendly and professional and comfortable working in an open plan office

PACKAGE AND BENEFITS
- Very competitive dependant on experience and can be discussed at application stage
- 35 hour working week (Monday - Friday 9-5)
