Domestic Cleaning Assistant wanted for a busy College and Health Centre located in Cheltenham. This is a permanent position, 34 hours a week.

We are looking for someone who can commit to the shift patterns that start from 6am - 12:30pm Sunday - Friday, so only continue with this application if this applies to you.

Working hours are:
Monday and Wednesday 6:30am - 12:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 06:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday 06:30am - 10:30am.

Working as a Domestic Assistant, your main role will be to be to cover certain areas of the College/Health Centre to ensure fittings and fixtures are tidy and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS

Cleaning

• General cleaning of all rooms/areas as requested
• Maintenance of floors using buffing machines
• Cleaning of toilet blocks, to include soiled areas
• Cleaning of bathroom and shower area
• Collection and removal of waste
  
  Operating seven days a week throughout the year, the work of our Domestic Assistants is an integral part of the operation.
  
  The successful candidate will possess high cleaning standards, have excellent communication skills and a flexible and adaptable approach of working well within a team.
  
  Full training is provided so previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  Working with the public as well as students from the College, to be successful in this role you must pass a DBS and Safeguarding Security Check.
