We are currently seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care, Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering high quality, person centred, Domiciliary and Outreach Services.
Working for a fantastic organisation with over 16 years` experience in their field. They specialise in domiciliary care, providing professional and person-centred services and offer a wide range of high quality, person centred and outcomes focused Support services to support people with Autism, Asperger`s, learning disabilities and those with profound and complex needs.
As the Branch Manager your main base will be the Office, based in Nelson. You'll help drive growth and high-quality standards across your branch while enjoying support from the Group's Senior Leadership Team, Recruitment and HR team. Your duties will include communicating effectively and efficiently with everyone and covering any support/care required when staff on annual leave/sickness. Carrying out supervisions across the team, completing team meetings and liaising with local authorities and support services. You will be responsible for assessing new potential clients to grow the company. Our client is currently delivering over 2000 hours per week and is looking for passionate person who can lead, manage and drive the branch forward.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership credentials, knowledge of the local area and with proven experience of leading a care team successfully, electronic rota management experience, you will hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
In return to your hard work you will work Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, receive a salary of £23,000 flexible of experience, plus on call allowance, further training and development.
