I have an exciting domiciliary care manager opportunity available within an established, well respected independent home care provider based in Birmingham.
You will become a respected and pivotal part of an independent organisation who have over ten years of person centred care and support behind them.
Based within a busy office, you will work closely with an established team including a care coordinator, seniors and care and support staff to deliver bespoke, person centred care packages within the community.
As domiciliary care manager, you will lead by example and be involved in both office management and hands on care and support. You will be a strong team leader and oversee the delivery of a quality service.
You will be responsible for managing a number of domiciliary care packages within supported living developments for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex care needs.
You will use your extensive knowledge and skills within domiciliary care and business development to grow, secure and develop new care contracts
As with all domiciliary care manager roles, you will be required to share the "on call" rota.
To be considered for the domiciliary care manager role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background within a managerial capacity within a similar setting.
You will be driven, professional and motivated and be able to manage your own time successfully within a fast paced setting. You will inspire and drive your team to deliver the highest level of care possible.
The QCF level 5 in health and social care, or equivalent is essential to be considered for this domiciliary care manager role, as is a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Knowledge and understanding of People Planner and CM200, plus a high level of computer literacy will benefit this job role.
This exciting domiciliary care manager role is offering a highly competitive salary up to £33000 per annum dependent on experience. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to top up your annual salary through an achievable commission structure.
