Job Type: Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Neath
Salary: up to £25,000

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Domiciliary Care Manager within an established company who provide a variety of services across the South Wales.

This particular role would involve managing all aspects of the day to day running of the established Domiciliary Care branch in Neath. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the large staff team, and ensuring the highest quality of service provision.

You will be fully supported by an experienced Operational Manager, and will complete a 3 month induction programme so you will have all you need to be successful in the role, as well as ongoing support.

If you have the QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards) and are a Domiciliary Care Manager, or an experienced Deputy looking to take a step up, this will be perfect for you!
