I am look for a DOMICILIARY CARE MANAGER to manage a care office in the West Sussex area of Pulborough
We are a national domiciliary care company looking to recruit a Care Manager to work in compliance with our system policies and procedures and to ensure the overall smooth running of our care delivery to our customers.

You will be in charge of field care supervisors and care co-ordinators who in turn oversea a number of carers.
You will ensure the implementation and compliance of all relevant legislation and regulatory body guidance.
You will be responsible for all staff members.
liaise with clients, relatives, representatives and social workers.
Preparation of management reports and
working within agreed budgets to ensure profitability of business.
A minimum of 6 months experience of managing care staff.
CQC Registration desirable but NOT essential provided you have experience of managing in a similar environment.
For this role the salary is NEGOTIABLE depending on experience.
You will be entitled to an end of year discretional bonus.
