LOCATION: NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
SALARY: £24,000 + £28,000

BS Social Care are proud to be currently assisting a large, and reputable nationwide domiciliary care provider in their search for a deputy manager to assist in the smooth running and provision of quality care and support to service users in their own homes.

The role will involve assisting the registered manager in the day to day management of a team of dedicated staff, organising training and assisting with staff rotas. You will be expected to maintain a high quality CQC compliant service in the quest for at least a `GOOD` rating from them.

To assist in the management of the Care Co-ordination Team and the Care Team.

Support with maintaining budgets and adhering with the company`s policies and procedures.

To ensure that a high-quality domiciliary care service is provided which meets the needs of the customers and maintains the customer`s dignity, independence and emotional wellbeing.

Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:
- NVQ Level 5 in Management of Health & Social Care or the equivalent (or working towards)
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role
- In depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding ratings
