Job Description

A well established & expanding organisation are recruiting for a Registered Manager for their new Domiciliary service based in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will be supporting Adults & Elderly clients who have learning disabilities, dementia, mental health and complex needs who may display challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Help with registering and opening of the new service
- Day to day management of the services according to CQC regulations
- Knowledge of CQC inspection and implanting recommendations after an inspection
- In charge of risk assessment, support plans, CQC compliance and health and safety
- Developing new and transferring service users
- Oversee new staff recruitment and training

Qualifying candidates:
- Must be CQC registered
- Experience with help opening a new service
- Hold a level 4 or above in management or similar
- Must be a car driver with your own vehicle

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £25,000 - £40,000 per annum
