************CQC REGISTERED MANAGER NEEDED************

The provider seeks to be one of the leading London based social work companies providing support and care in the community for those with learning disabilities, parents and carers, physical disabilities and the elderly.

Your role will be:
- To lead and direct the administration team, care and nursing staff.
- To carry out and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at the agreed prices.
- Recruiting new staff when needed.
- Induct new starters in accordance with the company policies.
- Help develop staff to their potential ensuring succession planning for the company.
- Having an out of hours phone to ensure support for your staff at all times.

Requirements:
MUST be CQC registered
Clean drivers licence
1yrs Minimum experience

In return for your commitment and dedication you will be paid a salary of up to £28,000 per year along with other benefits such as;
