Donor Patient Assistant

Job Description

This is a lovely opportunity for the right person to join a private Clinic based in South Manchester

You will be part of a team who provide a continuous, quality service to all patients by managing the patient flow efficiently, delivering excellent customer service and positive management of the entire patient journey.

Responsibilities within the role will include:
Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone / email / web
Booking appointments and offering information
Liaising with the clinic team as and when required
Maintaining patient records
Arranging necessary paperwork in preparation for commencing treatment working with relevant teams
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Provide patients with accurate and up to date information on request (by email/telephone or face to face)
Use the Patient Record Management system to track and follow up potential leads

In terms of your skills and experience; this should include:
Exceptionally empathetic with a passion for patient service
A proven track record of understanding a patient`s perspective and addressing any patient concerns /obtaining a resolution should issues arise
Experience of dealing with patients on the telephone and face to face
Self-motivated and able to prioritise your workload
Excellent communication skills, diplomatic, tactful and the ability to deal with difficult situations
Organised and able to multi-task
Excellent time keeping
Excellent I.T. Skills
