Job Description

Driver/Warehouse Operative -No experience needed! - Full Training Provided BUT Must have UK Divers Licence!)
Salary: £19,000 to £22,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: NW7 2HU
Contracted Hours: (37.5hours per week - Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm)
Start: July 2021
" No experience needed - Training will be provided although previous warehouse and driving experience would be ideal.
" Occasional work at events so potential late nights and weekend work due to nature of the role applicant must be flexible.
" Overtime is available but will not be paid - would get days off instead!
" Company vehicle provided - Must have full clean licence!
" Previous warehouse or driving experience would be ideal but is not essential as company provides full training.

My client is seeking a permanent, full time Driver/Warehouse Operative to join their exciting and dynamic team. You must enjoy physical work as you will be on your feet and heavy lifting throughout the day, so candidates must keep this in mind in order to be a successful applicant for this position.

Warehouse work is hard, but it also has its perks one of them being that you`re not stuck behind a desk all day and this position allows you to also able to interact on a daily basis with a diverse set of colleagues and clients.

Duties will include:
" General warehouse duties such as picking & packing, stock take, dispatch and receiving goods in order to create and partake in the events for the client.
" Receive stock into the quarantine area as per the standard operating procedures, check and complete required documentation.
" Consistently deliver excellent customer service to clients.
" Driving, loading and unloading company vehicle.
" This job involves safely unloading items, packing them carefully into boxes, and collecting specific orders to be sent out to people.
" To monitor stock levels and coordinate with administration for ordering and resupply.
" Providing a prompt and responsive delivery service to clients at events.
" To maintain all the documentation relating to the stores.
" To ensure that the relevant principles of "Good Manufacturing Practice" (GMP) are always applied
" To ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act and all other relevant legislation e.g. Medicines Act, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).
" To follow Standard Operating Procedures and to contribute to the development and maintenance of these and other work instructions.
" To undertake any other duties within the production team as required by your Manager/Supervisor which may include some out of hours work depending on the nature of the task.
The successful candidate should always be courteous and professional, you should be organised, be able to demonstrate initiative with excellent communication skills, backed with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
